The Human Resources (HR) Division is in charge of recruiting new youth group members, creating performance reports, and keeping track of member absences at events/meetings along with community service hours.

Responsibilities of the News and Press division includes organizing events as well as informing the Shin Shin youth group members of these events.
The Technology/IT division works with the other divisions in order to promote the Shin Shin youth group. Responsibilities for members of this group includes maintaining the Shin Shin youth group website and social media accounts.
