Create Your Own Division
Here at Shin Shin, we welcome creativity and enthusiasm from our youth group members. We also know that everybody is unique with their own special talents, traits, and ideas. Therefore, we have decided to give all of our youth group members the chance to submit your suggestions and ideas for a new youth group division!

If none of our current divisions suit you and your talents, you may fill out the form below to submit a suggestion for a new youth group division! We want to welcome your ideas and recognize your talents. Think of it as creating a new school club.
Instructions and Steps
1. Fill out the form below carefully. Be sure to answer all the questions and take your time. Your form is like your resume. It is your best chance in getting your ideas heard.
2. Within the next 1-2 weeks, our youth group board members will review your suggestion form application in their next meeting make a decision on whether or not your ideas for a new division can be implemented.
3. After further discussion with youth group counselors, the board members will send you an email with their final decision.

So I've received a reply stating that my division will be implemented into the youth group program. Now what?
Congratulations! Your great ideas have been heard and your exceptional talents have been officially recognized by the Shin Shin youth group.
​
During the next Shin Shin youth group meeting, you will be cordially invited to give a speech to all of our members. This speech is your chance to present your ideas, exhibit your talents, and attract/enlist members to join your new division!
​
Furthermore, you will also immediately be promoted to the position of division leader for your new division, and the position of youth group board member as well.
